Caramel Susu

Alhamdulillah, I am now full with spinach soup...hee.....ngada2 kan tak makan nasi....! Ustaz kecik had mee goreng and my mom makan nasi mcm biasa. My dad iftar di masjid kampung today, they got program utk orang kampung...All are invited..it was just that mom, Aisy and I.....rasa letih today...aerobic class am ni, betul2 keep me dehydrated till evening....and even now.... kene minum plenty of water ni.....

This caramel susu is requested by Ustaz Kecik....heeeeeeee....dia ni kan selalu tertipu dgn apa yang dia rasa....katanye nak makan jelly keju...I guess inilah yang dimaksudkan nyer....

Memang caramel susu ni lemak2, very moist, boleh rasa KE-susu-AN nye...hee...betul...last time I rasa this type of caramel in Doha, but I stop eating when we are not confident with the ingredients used in it. But this one, the taste I tell u, is 99% the same....I did twice experiments to push the recipe to meet the spec....(heeeeeeeee, tak de lah pandai pun,....tapi usaha itu PINTU kejayaan tau...keh keh keh...I tak guna "Usaha itu TANGGA kejayaan" sbb rumah I, sampai depan pintu direct, u terus boleh bukak pintu, then masuk langkah jalan je..dr ruang tamu sampai le ke master bedroom....hik3....tak dak tangga nooo.....harap2 Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka tak take this seriously.....heeeee)

Jommmm nengok recipe...seeeeeenang and ringkas je nak buat.......never thought that it wud be that easy in making and the taste is awsome.....

Bahan2:

Bahan A
8gm serbuk agar agar

1000 ml air

150gm gula

1 sudu besar gelatin halal


Bahan B (Diadun semua dalam satu bekas, kacau and tapis)
3
sudu besar custard

1 tin susu cair (guna yang krimer) and top up to 500ml tau. Susu cair ni biasanye 400g and lebih kurang dalam 400ml atau lower, tgok packingla. So tambah lagi 100 ml yer..

secubit garam and vanilla essence

Bahan C (campur bahan & dimasak and turn caramel, cairkan bahan to slightly brown and thick liquid)
1 cawan gula pasir

1/2 cawan air


Cara2:

1.Panaskan Bahan A dalam periuk in medium heat, kasik kacau perlahan2.

2. Bila semua Bahan A larut, tambah Bahan B and kacau hingga mendidih.

3. Dibekas puding, masukkan caramel.

4. Tuang No 2 and sejukkan 2-3hours before serving. Best chill, makan sejuk2....;)

Note: Caramel susu ni terlalu lembut, susah nak kuarkan nanti.So don't plan utk bubuh dalam cup2 jelly melly gitu. Dalam cup biasa is better. Ayu bubuh dalam tart mould tu pun, dah cukup seksaaaa nak kuar kan tau....tapi comeeyyyy lah mata nengok...and kata mulut......??? Cuba sendiri tau....


And next image adalah.....tart nanas yang terfaaaaaaksa tau I buat lagi...sebab kata ma, tart yang dah dibuat minggu lalu....makin ringaaan and berat bekas jer.....heeeeeeeeee... Betul la kata Kak Yat.....kalu yang favourite2 ni, kene wak last minute sket. Bubuh tape ke, gam gajah pun....kalu dah nak mamam tu.......seribu daya tau......so Ayu buat lah lagi 1 adunan nak top up yang ada ni....cuma Ayu buat pattern lain sket.....heee.........


I enjoy myself lak, berangan masa tgh gentel tart ni........he he he....!!!

salam ayu, cantik caramel susu tu.. tp nak tanya sket, dah guna serbuk agar2, perlu ltk gelatin gak ke? sori ya.. banyak soal sket nih :)

Terima kasih singgah dapur ayu ni.OOo..kalu kak tak moh letak gelatin, nanti cair n tak creamy sbb kandungan air lebih banyak dari serbuk agar...gelatin tu ditambah utk top up serbuk agar yg tak cukup tu and bagi ada rasa lemak lemak gitu bila bgabung dengan custard.

Ayu dah cuba kali ke3 ni, anak ingat ada bubuh keju sbb lemak. My mom tak suka sgt sbb katanyer lidah dia lidah akok, nek bat and sekaya.....he3....
